We preach giving and helping but no practical ....

As a music minister you have all chance to make an upcoming who 

Has talents, grace etc ..to shine also but greed and jealousy won't allow you help because you think when you help him or her in posting his or her content 

He or she will overtake you 😤😴

 can the church begin to practice what we preach and say 🙏
