Target Audience

These short courses are designed for managers, chief executives in the shipping and maritime industry, port operators, staff of port authority, maritime administrators, customs officers, naval officers, individuals, staff of corporate organizations, shipping companies, government agencies, undergraduates, graduates, manufacturers, bankers, and businessmen.
Schedule and Venue

The courses will take place from the last Monday through Friday of each month. The venue for these programmes will be the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) Conference Centre in Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria.
Course Fees

Interested candidates are required to pay a registration fee of =N= 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira). The course fee, which includes course materials/CD and lunch, is =N= 35,000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand Naira).
