The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ebitimitula N. Etebu, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, Management, Staff, and Students, cordially invites the public to the Special Valedictory Convocation Ceremony in honour of the late Emeritus Professor Nimi D. Briggs (OON).
