Information for Graduands
Registration and AttireGraduands Payment: Graduands are to pay the specified amount using Remitta (Details available in the attached flyer).
Dress Code: Graduands must dress in appropriate attire.
Entry Restrictions: Access to the Convocation venue is restricted post 09:00 am. Only two relatives per graduand are allowed.
Mandatory Participation: Graduands must remain at the venue until the ceremony concludes.
Academic Gown Collection and ReturnCollection: From February 5, 2024, 10:00 am to February 9, 2024, 4:00 pm.
Return: Gowns should be returned between February 12 and 16, 2024.
Certificate CollectionDate: From Monday, February 12, 2024.
Requirements: Proof of payment for the certificate and gown return clearance.
Security MeasuresParking: Designated parking lots available upon presentation of parking cards.
Vehicle Inspection: Security checks for luggage and bags at entry points.
Hawking Prohibition: No hawking allowed near the Convocation Arena.
Vehicle Entry: No tinted glass vehicles without security permission.
