All fresh students are strongly advised to complete their registration formalities by Monday, 11th March 2024. This is a critical deadline as matriculation numbers will be assigned only to those who have successfully registered and settled all necessary fees. As part of the matriculation process, students are required to pay a fee of N11,000.00 (Eleven Thousand Naira) for the hire of the matriculation gown. It’s important to note that all payments must be made online to the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt.
Important Notices for Fresh Students:Registration Deadline: Any student who fails to complete the registration formalities and pay their school fees before the portal closes on Monday, 11th March 2023 will no longer be considered a student of IAUE, Port Harcourt.
Matriculation Gown Payment: Evidence of payment for the gown is mandatory to sign the Matriculation Register. It is crucial to understand that no unsigned Matriculation Number will be accepted for official documentation within the University.
Gown Collection: Students can start collecting their matriculation gowns from their Faculty Officers starting Monday, 11th March. Part-time students are instructed to collect their gowns from the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) at the St. John’s Diobu Campus. However, they will join their respective faculties for the procession and matriculation ceremony.
