Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the EBSU Post UTME/Direct Entry screening, candidates must meet the following requirements:UTME Score: Candidates must have scored 140 or above in the 2024/2025 UTME. However, some courses require more than 140, check here for EBSU departmental cut-off marks.
First Choice Institution: EBSU must be selected as the first choice in the UTME. Candidates who initially chose other institutions but wish to change to EBSU can also apply.
O’level Results: Candidates must have at least five credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, from NABTEB, WAEC (May/June), or NECO (June/July) 2024. Candidates awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
Consistency in Name: Ensure consistency in names across all registration documents to avoid disqualification.

Important Points to NoteNo Physical Screening: Candidates are not required to appear physically for the screening.
Admission Notification: Candidates will be informed of their admission status via the EBSU portal.
O’level Results Upload: Candidates must upload their O’level results on both the EBSU portal and the JAMB portal to be considered for admission.
Acceptance of Admission: Admission offers must be accepted on the CAPS or JAMB portal within two weeks. Failure to accept within this period will result in withdrawal of the offer.
