Entry Requirements for HND Programmes

To qualify for any HND programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:National Diploma (ND) or National Innovative Diploma (NID): Possess an ND or NID with at least a Lower Credit classification from an accredited institution.
O’Level Requirements: Five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC): Credit-level pass in a trade plus four relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics.
Industrial Training Experience: One year of post-ND industrial training experience is required.
Consideration for PASS Grade: Candidates with a PASS grade in ND/NID must have a minimum of two years of industrial training experience.

Applicants who obtained their ND from institutions other than Federal Polytechnic, Offa must forward a copy of their National Diploma Transcript to the Office of the Registrar within eight weeks of this advertisement.
Method of Application for Federal Polytechnic Offa HND Admission

Candidates must:Obtain the Federal Polytechnic Offa HND form.
Possess an ND result/certificate from NBTE accredited programmes and institutions.
Have relevant O’level credits, including English and Mathematics.
Show evidence of one-year industrial training for Lower Credit grade or two years for a Pass grade.
Upload O’Level results and ND results to the Polytechnic Portal.

Make Online Payment: Pay ₦2,000 using an interswitch-compatible ATM card.
Fill in Details: Complete the security form with personal information.
Upload Results: Submit O’Level results and necessary credentials.
Print Forms: Print the security form and post-screening slip.
Submit in Person: Deliver the printed security form to the security office at the main campus on Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.
Closure of the Online Screening Exercise
