Eligibility for NSUK Post UTME Screening

To be eligible for the screening exercise, a candidate must meet the following criteria:UTME and Direct Entry RequirementsParticipate in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or apply through Direct Entry (DE) mode.
Score RequirementsScore at least 200 marks for Law and 180 for Community Health, Health Information Management, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Electrical Electronics Engineering.
Score 170 for all other programmes in the 2024 UTME.
Possess a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND), Nasarawa State University Diploma, Merit in Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE), and eight points in IJMB for Direct Entry.
Have at least five O’ level credit passes, including English and Mathematics, at no more than two sittings in relevant subjects.
Choice of InstitutionChoose Nasarawa State University as the first choice in the 2024 UTME.
Candidates who did not initially select NSUK as their first choice must change to First Choice on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Portal to qualify for screening.

Application Process for NSUK Post UTME Screening

Eligible candidates must pay a processing fee of N2,000 through the following steps:Visit the NSUK 2024 Post-UTME Screening Portal
Create an Account/Profile Set-upSelect the 2024/2025 Post-UTME application.
Create an e-mail address and password.
Log inUse the e-mail and password created for the account/profile.
Select Payment for ScreeningChoose from the available payment options.
Fill in Personal and Contact Details
Upload the Required DocumentsPassport photograph
A’level qualification (For DE applicants only)
SSCE details for both UTME/DE
Complete the ApplicationFill in the scratch card purchased.
Print Out the DocumentsApplication summary

Note: The O’Level results fetched in this process and used by the candidate to fill this online screening form will be presented for verification during registration.
Upload of O’Level and A’Level Result on JAMB Profile

UTME and Direct Entry candidates must also visit JAMB accredited CBT centres to upload their O’Level/A’Level results on their JAMB profile.
Non-Acceptance of Admission on CAPS After Four Weeks

Candidates should monitor their admission status on their JAMB profile.

There is a grace period of four weeks to accept admissions.

Failure to accept will result in the admission being deleted, and the candidate placed under the “refusal to accept category,” making them ineligible for future admissions.
Mandatory Post-UTME Screening

Post-UTME Screening is mandatory for all applicants.

Candidates who fail to participate in the screening will not be considered for admission.
