Eligibility for Al-Istiqama University Post UTME/Direct Entry

To be eligible:UTME Score: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 140 points in the UTME.
First Choice: AUSU must be the most preferred institution (First Choice) in your UTME application.
Changing Institution: If AUSU was not initially selected, candidates can change to Al-Istiqama University by visiting the nearest JAMB CBT Centre and using the Green Card.
Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting the 2024 NECO results can apply but must upload these results to the JAMB CAPS and University Portal by 1st November 2024.
Subject Combination: Those with the wrong subject combination for their chosen programmes will be considered for placement into the appropriate programmes.
O’ Level Results: All candidates must upload relevant O’ Level results, including at least five credits in English Language, Mathematics, and three other subjects relevant to the course of study. These results must be obtained in no more than two sittings and uploaded to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Application Procedure for AUSU Post UTME/Direct Entry

To apply:Visit the University Website: Go to the Al-Istiqama University Admission Portal.
Start the Application: Click “Admission,” then select “Online Form.”
Create an Account: Click “New Application,” and enter your First Name, Last Name, Other Name, and Phone Number as your Username, then click “Create My Account.”
Log In: Use your Phone Number and Password to log in.
Select Application Type: Choose “Degree” as the Application Type.
Payment: Pay the non-refundable fee of N20,300.
Complete the Form: Fill out the form, including uploading a passport photo (100-400Kb), then click “Submit.”
Check Admission Status: Regularly check your Dashboard for updates on your admission status.
Physical Screening: Wait for the official announcement of the dates for the Physical Screening.
