The Reckitt Access Accelerator is led by Reckitt, a global health, hygiene, and nutrition company known for brands like Dettol and Durex.

Reckitt has partnered with Yunus Social Business, founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus.

This collaboration supports social enterprises that work to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges.

Who Is Eligible?

The Reckitt Access Accelerator is seeking social businesses in Nigeria and Kenya.

Your business should address WASH or SRH challenges through one or more of these areas:Infrastructure Improvement: Addressing issues in water distribution and creating solutions for better management and training of water service providers.
New Solutions: Developing new and more affordable technologies for access to clean water and sanitation. Creating innovative methods for promoting hygiene.
Education and Community Management: Offering education and social interventions for WASH and SRH. Supporting community involvement in water, sanitation, and health initiatives.

The Accelerator is especially interested in social enterprises supporting:Women and Girls: Addressing specific WASH and SRH needs.
Remote and Rural Populations: Solutions aimed at communities with limited resources.
Informal Settlements: Improving living conditions for populations in informal housing areas.
