The academic calendar for Elizade University has been released for the 2024/2025 session.



This calendar contains important dates for lectures, registrations, and examinations.

The schedule is organised to help students keep track of all key events throughout the academic year.

Elizade University Academic Calendar – First SemesterThe first semester begins with the arrival of fresh students on October 27, 2024.
From October 28 to November 1, 2024, registration for fresh students will take place.
The orientation for fresh students runs from November 4 to November 8, 2024.
Returning students arrive on November 10, 2024.
Course registration for returning students starts on November 11, 2024, and lectures for all students also begin on this day.
A departmental board meeting is scheduled for November 20, 2024.
Normal course registration ends on November 22, 2024.
A late registration period, with penalties, runs from November 25 to November 29, 2024.
The faculty board will meet on November 26, 2024.
The committee of deans meets on November 27, 2024, while the business committee of the senate gathers on November 28, 2024.
Course registration closes officially on November 29, 2024.
The senate meeting is set for December 4, 2024.
A break for Christmas and New Year starts on December 20, 2024.
Students resume for the first semester continuation on January 5, 2025.
Lectures continue on January 6, 2025.
The departmental board meets again on January 8, 2025.
