The ECWA College of Nursing Sciences, Egbe, announces the opening of applications for the Basic Midwifery Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.



This announcement invites qualified candidates to take the next step in pursuing a career in midwifery.


Admission RequirementsCandidates must have five O’level credit passes in Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings.
Acceptable examination boards include the West African Examination Council (WAEC), the National Examination Council (NECO), or the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB).
Students with foreign examination results must provide an evaluation report or equivalent grading from the Federal Ministry of Education.
Verification of such results from the issuing organisation must be requested by the applicant.
The minimum age for admission into the Basic Midwifery Programme is 17 years.
