Documents Required for ZAMSUT Screening

Candidates must bring the following documents for the screening and verification process:JAMB Admission Letter: Provide both the original coloured copy and a duplicate copy.
Evidence of Admission: Include a copy of the Remita receipt for the payment of acceptance fees.
Photocopies of Credentials: Include all academic and relevant certificates.
Original Copies of Credentials: Include the First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), Testimonial, O’Level Results (Original Certificate), Letter of Indigene, Declaration of Age or Birth Certificate, and A’ Level Certificate/Result (for DE candidates).
Biodata Form: Submit a completed copy of the biodata form.
Passport Photographs: Provide four recent passport-sized photographs.

The screening exercise is mandatory for all admitted candidates.
